Each year the Mayor of #Macclesfield chooses two charities to support. This year's Mayor, Cllr Sarah Bennett Wake chose to support;

Cre8 - a local charity which provides services for young people in Macclesfield.
Macclesfield Seals Swimming Club - a swimming club for children and adults with disabilities.
As Sarah hasn't been able to fundraise in the usual face to face ways, she has enlisted the help of celebrity Hurdsfield based

.
Hoping to cash in on the wealth of talent and generosity in the town, Sarah is looking for donations of good and services 'Made in Macclesfield' and will then hold an auction full of unique and individual lots.

If you can help and make a donation of an item to the auction,
please email sarah.bennett@macclesfield-tc.gov.uk

Alternatively you can donate directly to the charities at https://tinyurl.com/yyz5wkuq The Mayor's 'be kind' charity fundraiser (gofundme.com)
